I moved in my Apartment in September of 2004. When the leasing agent & I viewed my apartment she said the cleaning was not up to par. Also a section of the rug had a tear in it. They asked me to delay my move-in by a couple of days so they could clean and HAVE NEW CARPET INSTALLED! This knocked me over and I said sure. I found Glenda & the Office Staff to be very friendly & helpful; maybe if you treat people like you would like to be treated you get better service. I never once had any problems with them and if I had something that needed to be repaired it was done in a very timely manner. I work as a Government Contractor and unfortunely my billet was eliminated in November of 2004. I had to leave the Springs & return home. When I informed Glenna or Glenda & the Office Staff I got no hassle, no demands for extra money, etc. Instead they were very kind and expressed all the best for me and said they were sorry to see me go. Well it looks like I possibly have a new job lined up at either Peterson or Schriever and you know what' If I get the job I can't wait to move back in. Two of the Office Staff has husbands in the military and they couldn't have been more helpful! They even had the maint. supervisor come over and help me change out some light bulbs. My only complaint: the patios are a little smaller. Glenn x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
