After reading the immature ramblings of the person that wrote a review on 8-3-05 I had to give my review of The Vineyards. The office staff is good. Improvements are necessary but the day to day activities managed my the girls is good overall.
The property is in need of a face-lift though. New sod and better irrigation would make this place much more attractive.
For the most part, the problems with this complex are directly related to leasees who violate the rules. Not picking up after their dogs, having their dogs off leash, leaving trash bags at front doors and most of all the laziness of just about everyone when the dumpster is accessible and they fail to place their garbage in the receptacle. It's the lazy, undisciplined juvenile people who live here that make problems. The late night violators of the pool rules and those who allow the gate to slam in the late night hours need to be fined.
There are improvements that are needed but overall this is a fine place to live.

Now that I know it bothers someone like you, I will let the gate slam every time I use it.
