This site has some absurd reviews both positive and negative. As a resident, I would like to say there has been some problems with gangs but mostly just on weekends. The drug problem has got better, and the police are here every night but not almost every hour like it used to be. The pool is still not very nice and the gym has poor broken equipment. These are the facts and this is why I am trying to get my deposit back and move somewhere else.

You will have to move 1st and then get your deposit back. That is how it works.
