I looked at an apartment about a year and a half ago. The manager showed me the apartment, she stated her employees were out to lunch and the bookkeeper was so short to me that the manager stepped in, explained the Assistant Manager (I didnt get her name but she was young, short, dumpy and unprofessionally dress) was rushing to met a dead line and apololgized for her assitant managers shortness. Any way we looked at the apartment I was impressed with the apartment, gym, pool etc. explained I would be getting married in the early 2006. She was very nice invited me to come back, sugested I/we come in a couple of months early so we could put a deposit on the apartment home of our choice etc.and she would be happy to personnaly help us.I have forgotten her name she was a blonde, 40ish. My boyfriend and I have recently gone back to show him the apartment and accomendations and was treated so rudely we will never go back. I didnt see the blonde lady when we ask to see her the lady said she had no idea who I was talking about. She pointed out the new manager and you guessed it " The short unprofessionally ungroomed lady". I now know her name but since I wont be living thier, it is pointless to state it. My point is the place has unmistakenly taken a drastic dive since I was thier the first time. The people were rude and the place was trashy and unclean.

I was just in there for the second time and have to say the staff was very professional and nice to me. I do remember the Manager you were talking about and I had a negative experience with her. She knew nothing of the property and could not answer most of my questions without help from the leasing staff. We decided against renting there only because we bought a house. Now we are rebuilding and will make this community our home while we await our house completion. I did read these items before I went back to all the communities and I have to say there was not one that had all positive reviews. I went anyway to all of them 6 total and I have to say I like The Vineyards the best. The property was clean not trashy as you suggest the staff was nice with me and had answered all my questions the 2nd time around I went. I spoke breifly with the current manager when she brought me a soda. She was none of things you suggested nor was her staff. I do remember both names but will not name them as I read the user agreement I agreed to. This is a good place to live.
