I lived in this crappy complex for nearly 3 years and watched the apartments (and staff) continuously deteriorate. It looked really nice when I moved in (who can argue that the models don't look sweet'). However, so many things just started looking shadier and shadier while nothing was being done to maintain the place--much less make it nicer. The only reason I didn't move out sooner was b/c I had so much stuff and, since I was in the military, I didn't want to move myself, then be given orders shortly thereafter. I could go on forever on why to avoid this place, but there are plenty of reviews that elaborate on the misery that is living there. Pay attention to the grossly overzealous reviews written by the staff. We all know nobody likes these apartments as much as management's own reviews would make you believe (but I'd guess that if you're smart enough to do some research online, you're smart enough to see through their b.s. postings).
