This place is a dump, the air vents need to be cleaned. It gave my pet monkey Randolph an asthma attack!

Yes, whats wrong with having a pet monkey? He has asthma. He lives in my apartment, while I am at work, he stays at home in the apartment watching TV. His favorite shows are Dr Phil, Dora the explorer and Meet the Press. Also Velvet Revolver is music he does not care for, he prefers Shirley Bassey.

Maybe instead of making Randolph stay home and watch the boobtube, you should have him manage the front office team. Perhaps things will start to look up for the tenants.
