(user photo) More water from leaky water heater that I've been wating 3 months to get fixed that has lint from dryer in it. (user photo) Pile of lint that has been building over time because of the water leak that they don't take care of. (user photo) Vomit from above on the fence that management promised to clean that they didn't.

I think this place is finally getting on track. The office seems to have their ducks in a row and I love that they are staying on top of maintenance, it was well needed. This time I was able to have my toilet fixed within 1 day instead of 3 to 4 days. I believe that everyone goes through hard times but it is great to see that they have stepped up to the plate. So for all of you that have had past problems or present problems, give them a chance, not everyone is perfect!
