A Fair Review

There are a lot inflated ratings of this property, mostly fake posts by management or overzealous residents. If you are considering this apartment, be wary of numerous 5-star reviews. I was a former resident, my family and I living there for almost 2 years.

Pros: District 20 schools, close to shopping center with a King Soopers, fast food places, banks, gas station, etc., decent commute time (at least to where I work), exterior facade/theme looks great, air conditioning in units, fitness center has decent equipment and available 24/7, with access card. The staff, for the most part, was friendly, military clause for military people.

Cons: High monthly utility bills (and we conserved energy as much as we could), heating/hot water wasn't dependable at times, pool was often dirty, only one trash receptacle for entire apartment complex (oftentimes overflowing with trash, and items that residents would leave that they shouldn't have. I'll say this isn't management's fault.), extra storage came at a price (I know this is the case at many places but it was an issue for me), high staff turnover (this is probably the fault of the property owners/managers not taking care of their people).

It wasn't the worst place to live, but I've been in better. I know I'll get some post from an idiot trying to refute my review.

Looks to me that you have renewed your lease unless they gave you a 20 month up front? I got news for ya honey, solicitors do not need to drive thru a gate to get in. What in the world made you think gates are security? If someone wants in, they park their car and walk in, brain surgeon/sound proof building contractor that you are. When it is all said and done you my dear are responsible for your own security so watch out for yourself. Who the hell is going to be at fault for all your problems when you buy a house? You are right though, who does the management think they are with lightening striking the gate!! the last apt. I lived in assured me they have complete control over ACTS OF NATURE. NOT! How dare they secure your packages (which is a complete courtesy) in a closet!!! The nerve! Maybe you would prefer that after "business" hours they just throw them outside so you won't be inconvenienced? Then you won't have your package at all, like if you lived in a house and were at work perhaps? YAH, thats the ticket. Or, you can ask them not to accept your packages therefore you will not have to spend your precious time looking for them. God forbid you should have to share a wall or building with anyone but your own spoiled self absorbed self. You are beyond help honey, and since you are so talented in the construction business I suggest you do go build yourself something (sound proof of course. and make sure ya don't mix up any pipes) far far away from normal people just trying to co exist and SHUT UP!!!!

So because when you rented you were aware of where the dumpster is, that rent had to be paid on the 1st and yet you still rented even though you hated these items. That I do not get I bet you are another property writing these reviews about my community. I have been since they opened and will continue to stay. And I know you will come back with I work here which is not the case but I can say you work somewhere else and are just trying to bad mouth the competition for your own gain shame on you.

What terrible management, not a very professional way to respond. I am not a resident here but my friend was. When I was in the army we treated people with respect and not acted like this, I fought for this country in Korea and am not going to sit back and watch these damn commies destroy Colorado springs, the vineyards is a bad place, and will not fix the problems.

ok, GI Joe, but the response is not from management, wake up. Whoever said this site is professional? It is joke, just mad/ spoiled residents not getting their way, very biased.
