The office staff charged me a late fee, they lost my check and now expect me to pay for it. Even with all that, it is only a day late. What other organization would act this way, they are so desperate for money because of the amount of people leaving. I'm leaving as soon as I can. Bye Vineyards.

I can't imagine if they admit they lost it that they would charge a fee now if you are assuming that they lost and have no proof they received then yeah I would charge you too. Anyone can say they mailed or dropped off a payment businesses would go out if they believed the "check is the mail" crap. I think this site is so one sided and there is no one to monitor the truth on this site or even prove that any of you are actual residents past or present. I do live here and I like it. It is not perfect but what community is when you have ignorant adults living there.
