during the 8 months i lived here they went through 4 sets of managers. the cops were there every week for something different When we moved in all of their cleaning supplies were still in the apt there was a joint in the toilet and there was parts of a car in our storage unit. the pool they say is supposed to be sparkling doesn't work and there is mud collected in the bottom. it was dirty and very unapealing any one who came to visit me always felt unsafe and scared. and the noise is unbearable i lived on
the top floor and it felt like there was another apt above me there was always noise even at 4am run as fast as you can away from it unless you like the roach motel kind of feeling

CRAP CRAP CRAP CRAP. I live here and they have not gone through managers I have been here 3 years and there has been 2 and the 2nd one was the assistant so no new people. You are so full of crap. The only cops that are here are ones who live here stupid. There were no issues with the pool except when someones unruley kids who threw the flower pots in the pool and it was cleaned up. And no I do not work here but I bet you work somewhere who wants business so you right the stupid remarks on here and I am tired of it. This site should be shut down. Since I do live here and I like it here I will keep coming on this site and rebutting these stupid remarks. For anyone I say come make your own opinion at this place it is a beautiful property the only issues I have are with others who act like children and in the beginning with maintenance but they have a new team in place and have for about 9 months now and things are great. The pool is great and heated and I used it all summer until it was shut for the winter and I still use the grills and the hot tub. LOVE IT

What is going on here, all these rumours about dis and dat. I tells you this place is a crappy house. I come to dis coountry and they treat me like dis becos I am real. I also did not like them being chief and stealing my rent moneies. I would gibe the vine yards a o out of 10. I do not like the staff in the office as they do not act like nice pople.

GOOD GOOD GOOD GOOD. I don't live here, just work in the office at the vineyards. I come here and post fake reviews under names like nuggets, velvet revolver and so on. You can tell it is me, I make the same spelling and grammer mistakes each time. I am so desperate because this place is falling apart. Also I look like the back of a cow. Thank you for tour time.

Get out of here, check out http://www.championsatnorwood.com/ I love this place, the staff are the best, they understood the crap I went through with the Vineyards, they are the polar opposite, really helpful and always friendly, I can't say enough good things about them, give them a try you won't be disappointed.

Wow, I'd be pissed if I owned/managed this place.Why don't you people go on your own review site. I did check out Champions' reviews and they could've really used a positive one on there...I totally agree, if you're looking for an apt. you will have to go in and see for yourself. I don't know how much of all of this is true, not just for the Vineyards, but other communities I looked up as well...
