Im about to move into the vinyards with my brother, when I first looked at the apartments we were greeted right away, the staff was friendly and informed us of everything that came with the apartment, how the bills were payed, how everything was separated with the water, electric trash and such. So far this was the best place I have found they were in our price range and had a lot to offer, They explained the rent process and what would happen if you it wasn't payed in full by the first, there is no confusion, and what it seems like on all of these reviews is that when ever someone writes a "positive' review all you others out there that have had problems automatically assume that its someone from management writing positive reviews, grow up and deal with it! I understand that there are problems and yes there are going to be A lot of them! But every apartment complex has them if everything was going as bad as you say then this place surely wouldn't be in business as long has it has been. Just because your frustrated with a mistake or something that has happened don't hate against everything, ther are some good qualities about it you just have to look beyond all the crap. I'm excited about moving into the apartment and if I run into problems, ill do my best to take care of it and inform them right away! If my apartment is dirty when I first move in I will notify them, don't wine about things if you don't get your rent in time they tell you right away that you need to pay your rent by the first. look im not swearing against the problems that have had problems but don't hate on every bad review, be mature about the way you write things and the problems your having, or your gonna continue to have "smart" remarks, I guess we'll see when we move in if we have the same problems everyones talking about
