1 many students and noisy people living here
2 People staying above us had a dog and dog pooh kept falling on our patio - complained to management 5-6 times but they would not take much action- told me that they will ask tenant to vacate, but that was never done - I also talked to their regional manager as well as their HQ in Las Vegas or so
