We have lived here a year and must admit it's quite a shock compared to where we previously lived. We have found the management here to be a problem as far as following through with anything. We asked to have a smoke detector fixed. A week later someone came. Trash is left in hallways by neighbors, management does not address it. Not only does trash ruin the appearance of where we live, but it's conducive to roaches and stinch. The lighting in the hallways is either out or so filthy dirty that it's a disgrace. Snow removal is a nightmare here. Parking is extremely difficult. Apparently not built well as we can always here the neighbors. Overall we have not had a good experience here. The rental office is beautiful, but the upkeep of the apartments is quite the contrary. I personally would not recommend the Vineyards to anyone and am anxiously awaiting my lease to be up. The plus I would give the Vineyards is the maintenance man, Larry, I believe is his name, is the best thing that ever happened to this complex. He's pleasant, does a good job and is reliable.
