Change in management, change in tenants.....noise level is way too much especially with vehicles as they do not care....if you like old cars with loud engines, bass blaring from cars, driving in the complex at unbelievable speeds and harleys this is the place for you!!!! I was clear on what my needs were as I travel long hours and also work from home....needed quiet environment where I could accomplish...single parent with a teen so wanted a family safe environment.....joke! I signed an 18 month lease after being here for three months, great family/professional complex at first but with a change in management a change in attitudes....they have to keep it filled to make their quota!!!! The lease states that repairs/maintenance will be fulfilled within a certain time frame, again new management new attitudes as they take their time in taking care of maintenance requests. And the pool....party time baby with uncontrolled parties at all hours of the evening requesting us to call our valuable police department to control...there is a good usage of our tax dollars!!!!! I would never recommend this place to anyone, there are other options for your hard earned money.....

You gotta wonder if the poor staff won't stick around because of the bipolar property supervisor out of Texas. She has such a terrible reputation here in the Springs of not following through with promises. If I have a work order that is atleast a month old I should be patient through the changes in staff but if I am late a day late on my rent I have to pay full market rent no bending there. It is only a one way street here. To the owners and managment company how many staff and residents do you have to go through to realize that maybe the positive change that is needed is at the top and not at the bottom?? I have lived here for 2 and 1/2 years and all the stable staff are now gone and the new staff keeps changing it cant be all of those people who were wrong....You can bet no matter what in 6 months when my lease is up I am out. As far the loud residents I know that I will find stupid people anywhere so for that I will live with and not lay blame on anyone.

You hit it right on the head! I can personally say until they get rid of Xandra Green district supervisor out of Texas this place will never run right!
