Where to begin...While living here I have had the incompetent office staff lose my rent payment, apply my payment to another tenants account, and ignore my maintenance requests. For several months there was only 1 maintenance guy for 300 apartments! I saw him working 7 days a week but it was impossible to fix all the problems of this overpriced dump! Then they fired him and left us with no one to fix the constant heat and hot water problems in the dead of winter. My neighbor was left without heat or hot water for weeks. They also fired the office staff and left rude, untrained morons in their place. The woman in charge visits a few days a month and can be heard screaming obscenities by anyone walking near the office. I pay over $200 per month in utilities plus a high rent for what was supposed to be a luxury apartment. Ask any tenant about their experience here and listen to the horror stories before considering this hellhole!
