Not the best option, poor management

I am leaving this complex at the end of March, and doing so happily. Every time I go into the office there is a new person working behind the desk, and many of them have no idea what they are doing, lose things regularly and are terribly rude. I had many problems with the maintance staff, my heater never worked much like the gate entrance which was part of the reason I was told rent was so high, it was a safe gated community but the gate was always broken! Not recommend for anyone with small children becuase there are so many people speeding around the complex your children may get run over. Along with that I recommend you stay off the top or middle floors since it is Colorado and it snows, yet the complex does not do any removal or upkeep when it does. Go somewhere else people, you will be happy you did.
