(user photo) More water from leaky water heater that I've been wating 3 months to get fixed that has lint from dryer in it. (user photo) Pile of lint that has been building over time because of the water leak that they don't take care of. (user photo) Vomit from above on the fence that management promised to clean that they didn't.

You gotta wonder if the poor staff won't stick around because of the ------- property supervisor out of Texas ------------!!. She has such a terrible reputation here in the SpringS. If I have a work order that is atleast a month old (NO HOT WATER) I should be patient through the changes in staff but if I am late a day late on my rent I have to pay full market rent no bending there. It is only a one way street here. To the owners and managment company how many staff and residents do you have to go through to realize that maybe the positive change that is needed is at the top ( ------------)and not at the bottom'' You have lost so many good employees who truly worked hard for the Vineyards.
