(user photo) Pile of lint that has been building over time because of the water leak that they don't take care of. Not as bad as reviewers make it sound

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
There have been problems, and there have been several complete changes of the management staff since I moved in, which was April of 2007. The current staff tries real hard to be prompt and couteous, to take care of maintenance concerns quickly, to keep the place picked up and clean, and to handle the paperwork efficiently. Some problems still remain. The trash compactor overflows regularly, the entrance gates rarely work properly, and too many people refuse to pick their dog droppings. But I like living there and anyone that isn't too uptight will probably like it too.
