This place is terrible, maintenance is non existent, management has no clue what they are doing, constant battles of what charges show up on the ledger and after moving out we were charged 300 on top of the 250 dollar security deposit that we didnt get back. There was no damage done to the apt and it was cleaned before we moved out. Not the only renter to have this problem with them.

I agree completely. We moved in to the Vineyards February 2009, the carpets were not cleaned very well, the sopt painted the walls, we had a leak under the sink, a smoke alarm was missing, the carpet leading in to the living room is coming up, a leak from the knob in the kitchen sink...etc!!!!!! It took maintenance 3 weeks to come out and fix everything and everything is still not fixed. They said they would be back and never showed up! Everytime we call the office we always get the same -------- story and I'm sick of it, we even called the maintenance number itself and never received a call back. It's only been a month and I'm extremely unhappy with the way things are ran around here. This is supposed to be a gated community but everytime I come home or leave the gate is always open what's the point of having a gated community when they only have one code for the entire complex...yeah that makes me feel real safe at night. It's a good thing I didn't pay the deposit for the remote access the damn gate is always open no matter what time of day. Is there anybody I can call to complain about all of this???? Something needs to be done quick!!
