I have only lived here 3 weeks and have had numerous problems with my unit already, I have called the office numerous times to have the problem addressed and only get a responce if I am irrate. For the amount of money spent on rent you can find a better deal some where else

You are NOT alone!!! I have had more service issues here than I can count. I have escalated my issues to the regional manager who actually told me that she could not find where I had submitted my service requests in writing! The office does not have written service request forms nor is that the practice of the staff. I would suggest that you start submitting service requests in writting and possibily take a picture of handing it to them or spend the money each time to have it certified mail with a return receipt. Apparently, that is the only way the regional manager will believe that you ever requested service. Even then I'm sure she will come up with some request and blame it on you. I'm so sorry you are at the beginning of your lease here. Mine is just ending and I am so happy to get out of here. Thank you for your posting. You can always submit complaints to the BBB as well.

Hey people! An apartment complex is an apartment complex and if you are looking for perfection, then you shouldn't rent. You should just buy a home and then you will only have yourself to blame for anything that isn't happening exactly when you want. The Vineyards is a large complex with a lot of units and I'm sure they didn't lose your maintenance requests. If it's that terrible, then MOVE OUT!!!
