I have lived at The Vineyards for a year now and have been EXTREMELY pleased with my experience. I moved from another complex in Colorado Springs that I payed more in rent and did not have nearly as nice accomodations as I do here. The office staff is very helpful and friendly and the maintenance workers have also been very friendly and efficient in repairs to my apartment. I am a military wife with one child and feel very safe to be a part of this gated community while my husband is deployed. I think it is a shame to find that people have written such negative reviews about this complex. I think their complaints are overblown and they would be hard pressed to find an apartment complex that would be so neat and clean and quality and the employees so pleasant and accomodating.

You need to open your eyes and take another look at the Vineyards. Until you have been in the other persons shoes, you shouldn??t make comments like that. I have lived here in the Vineyards for awhile and I have dealt with management and that aren't very helpful at all. I haven't had any problem with the maintenance staff. As far as this being a safe gated complex, that is a crock of bull crap. Have you checked the pedestrian gates lately? They just fixed them about 2 weeks ago and they are broke again. THAT IS REAL SAFE! You must be the pathetic one! I'm sure you do DON'T even live in the complex and how much money did the management staff pay you to write the posting.

I notice you write anonymously, chickensh*t. I DO live here, I DID renew my lease, I DON"T get paid to write reviews (nor do I work here), I DO like it here. Don't like it - move.

It is so funny to me that the last four comments have been positive about this place being that I have made management aware of the volume of complaints on this site in my VERY long complaint to them. Instead of making things right with me & my situation they are now soliciting positive comments for this site. Which I think is very obvious especially considering that a non-bias tenant would make opinions on other peoples complaints? I really doubt that. It is really sad when management has to create their own comments and solicite those comments to gain positive ratings. I think it is a continuous sad display of how management here continues to refuse to take responsibility for their poor actions.
