We have enjoyed living at the Vineyards and resigned our lease. The office staff is very friendly and professional; the maintenance staff is prompt and courteous. We have only needed maintenance twice in the last year. The grounds are well-maintained. It's a very family-friendly living environment and we would recommend the Vineyards to anyone!

I know for a FACT that staff members write "Good" reviews to try and hide their incompetence. I lived there for a year and ran away screaming when my lease was up. They are still trying to say I owe them money, the fools!

It is so funny to me that the last four comments have been positive about this place being that I have made management aware of the volume of complaints on this site in my VERY long complaint to them. Instead of making things right with me & my situation they are now soliciting positive comments for this site. I think it is a continuous sad display of how management here continues to refuse to take responsibility for their poor actions.

Vineyards management does not solicit positive reviews like the one above. At least they have not asked me to write anything. I have been here two years and have renewed my lease for another 13 months. I read your VERY long complaint, and I don't believe you would be happy anywhere you went. You are a negative person who probably finds fault in everything. I am sure happy that I don't know who you are (and vice versa) because I'll bet you would talk about me behind my back, probably making up stuff that you don't actually observe. You can stop writing your vitriolic notes on this website because you have no credibility. Certainly not with people who live here and like it enough to keep living here.

I agree with tcaffert. First of all, I find it cowardly that someone who posts negtive comments about this complex is not always willing to post their name. It seems that it makes them feel good to post defamatory statements about The Vineyards and their may not be an ounce of truth to their complaint. Also, their ugly smears don't seem to make a big difference, as people are still signing an renewing their leases on a regular basis. I am one of those people.
