Vineyards of Colorado Springs

I cannot believe the management and staff are still up to their same old games! I lived there for one year and knew one of the staff members who quit. He told me more than I needed to know about what really goes down at the Vineyards. A few examples are "errors in accounting", packages "disappearing" from the closet where they are stored, and staff members writing reviews for the complex to make it look like it's actually a place you would want to live. If you want to live in a dorm room type environment, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, RUN!

Between spring 2007 and today the Vineyards has undergone a complete change of management teams several times, probably due to problems. However, the current staff work very hard to make this a positive environment for all who live here. This is because almost all of them actually do live here. No review written 5 years after you moved out is valid. This is a decent place to live and I would, in fact I have, recommend it to others.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion of this place. However, it does seem a little sketchy that someone would choose to wait FIVE YEARS after they moved out to give a place a negtive evaluation. And as for this person RONSKAT who posted the previous statement: Are you or have you ever been a resident of The Vineyards? If not, then your statement is just defamatory and you must be pretty pathetic to post negtive things about a place you know nothing about. And as for you knowing 75% of CSPD, I'm going to go ahead and call BS to that. Because there are a few CS Police Officers who are residents at The Vineyards and I'm sure if it were such a terrible place to live, they wouldn't be there.

I did, a long time ago, Anonymous. But I still have the right to spread the awareness.

It's probably rated 33% because ronkskat "posted comments many times regarding this apartment complex". Its rather sad that "ronkskat" spends so much time on this personal vendetta instead of getting over it and moving on like an adult. If you have really been gone for 5 years, why still worry about it?
