The manager at Vista View is great. She is always very responsive. If anything should happen to break (which it rarely does), it's fixed within the day. They are very good about maintenance. Furnace, fire extinguisher, etc are regularly checked, and there is regular pest control. Also pet friendly, and has apartments with washers and dryers available. My only complaint is the lack of air conditioning.
