As anywhere you'll find problems here. You do get one assigned parking location, and if you have two cars it can be a pain to park the second vehicle (especially on the weekends). The grounds are very basic, but they do maintain what little grass there is. Of the few times I have had to call maintenance, they always do the job quickly and do it right the first time.

The thing that I love about this apartment is that I have two young and loud children, but neighbors have never complained. At first I thought it might be the neighbors, but then I realize that I never hear my downstairs neighbor, and my upstairs neighbor I rarely hear. The loudest noises tend to happen if they put up a nail for picture, but I never hear much beyond those sorts of things.

Wonderful complex for the money. Yes, there are much better out there, no question. But this is probably the best >$700/month apartment there is.
