I lived here for a few years. Rent was cheap, but you get what you pay for. Combine low class tenants, who do not mind their children and a manager who only likes hispanic tenants, makes for a miserable place to live. Both of our vehicles were broken into. Our deck was too dangerous to stand on and was three inches lower on one end from the other! On top of that, the fireplaces are your responsibility to clean and you do not know when the last time they were cleaned prior to moving in! Furthermore, other tenants children managed to turn off our power to our unit by breaking into the utilities between the buildings! What else can I say' We saved and purchased a house. However, on the week we moved, before we turned in our keys but the day after we moved out our belongings, they went in and started cleaning. We showed up to clean and I found that they had done so and started painting! Then had the nerve to TRY to keep our security deposit plus charge us cleaning fees! This place is a dump, the manager keeps it a dump, the tenants make it a dump.
