I moved into my 2bd apt in Feb.2004 and I've had a pretty good experience so far. I have two very good neighbors who are courteous and nice. I've only had to contact the office twice for small maintenance things and they usually got back to me within one or two days. I've had good experiences dealing with the staff and it's fairly quiet around my bldg. My neighbors in the other buildings have been friendly to me and my son and we really like the apartment since it has a washer and dryer in it. The only thing I wasn't too thrilled about was the fact that it didn't have AC but, hey, you get used to it and you buy a fan.
