so/so From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/12/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   we have some residents that live around me that think that every night is a party, and are loud and yell...my kitchen has started leaking AGAIN, and we just got our disposal changed about a month ago. but, most of all the parking stinks. there are no assigned parking, so it is first come first serve. there are many times that i get off work late, and have to park rather far away from my apartmet, which isn't safe at all.
