I have lived at Western Hills for about a year now and love it! When I first moved in, I didn't have the best credit but the girls in the office were really nice and made everything work. They has spent about 45 minutes showing me around and telling me everything that there was to do, and now that I live here, I know it was true. We have tennis courts to play on, a very nice pool that is never to crowded, a hot tub, a 24 hour fitness center, and even computers for everyone to use! My favorite thing about living here is the parties the staff hosts every month. They cook food and give out a lot of great prizes. I think it is a great way to get to know my neighbors! The community is always very clean and there is a lot of room to walk my dog. There is even a field right outside of the complex that my dog can run around in. They even have a few doggie clean up stations around, that is very helpful. The complex is hidden behind the golf course so it is very quiet, there is rarely traffic that travels by on the main street. My neighbors are very friendly and also very quiet. I met a lady at the pool the other day who has lived here for 19 years, so it must be a great place to be =)
The whole staff is great. If I ever need anything faxed, the ladies in the office are more than happy to help me. They are always so nice and always offer me a cold drink when im in the office. The maintenance guys are really good too. If I ever need any work done in my home, they are there within a day.
The apartments are very spacious and there is plenty of room for storage. All the apartments even come with washers and dryers for no extra charge!
I always feel safe in my apartments. The parking lot is well lit and there is lights on all the buildings. There is even a security company that comes and checks the property a few times a night. The office gave me a number when I moved in for them so I call the security if I have any problems. I think most of the people the work here live here to.
I think I will be at Western Hills for a long time.
