Had a cozy top-floor apartment facing out towards Peterson AFB. I liked the floor plan and my current apartment here in SC is very similar. When I was first there the apartments painted a muted green-blue pairing (very recognizable!); they later upgraded to siding in sort of red-tan on tan. Balcony was roomy for the size for the apartment, although being on the top floor it lacked a cover. Never had a neighbor problem; what few maintenance problems I had were minor and quickly fixed.
