Phase II managment is terrible! Don't live here!

We can't stand this place. We had to complain a few times because of loud noises and fighting from a nearby apartment. We recieved a notice from the two women in the phase II office saying that our complaints are ridiculous and that if we complain one more time that they'll evict us!!! Then they finished off the note saying, "Now, do you really want an eviction on your credit report'" Sounded to us like a threat. They are very rude when we go in there to pay for the rent. We know of two other people living here that have recived notices similar to ours. We are moving out in 3 days!
