We lived in Phase II... I had no complaints with the staff. The maintenance guys were wonderful, helpful and friendly, and they always came when I had trouble.

The apartments themselves are quite nice... very spacious with a large "great room" sort of open floor plan. My only complaint is that they don't have air conditioning... a fact which we weren't aware of until after we signed the lease. I don't really care if this is Colorado, I really expect places to have A/C when you're paying $700 a month to live there. It can get into the 100's here in the summer, so it's a necessity, if you ask me. The apartments there had lots of large windows. We would get a lot of morning and afternoon sun, and the apartment would routinely get to be *120* degrees inside in the day, with doors open and fans going.

The parking lots were not well lit enough, but I never had a problem finding parking. My husband had valve caps stolen off his tires and a side mirror broken on his car. I had a decent neighbor who had their tires slashed.

The neighbors were my biggest complaint. Like someone else said, the police were there constantly. Literally every night you would hear the police helicopters flying overhead, as well. I routinely had to listen to the domestic disputes of the people upstairs, fights outside, people blaring their crappy music in their cars at 3AM - often so loud it would actually set off my car alarm, drunk people coming to our door in the middle of the night, etc etc etc. Not everyone there was trash, but there was a lot of it. Also the children there are atrocious. No one there keeps any sort of watch on their kids, apparently, and they run rampant outside when the weather is decent - apparently destroying personal and apartment property, as the apartment offices left a notice about that once.

Based on the apartments themselves, I would recommend them if you could do without the A/C (I can't). But when you consider location, I'd suggest you stay away...
