tHIS IS A POORLY MANAGED COMPLEX,THERE IS MUCH NOISE,PEOPLE HAVE NO RESPECT FOR ONE ANOTHER.
THERE IS POOR ACESS FOR THE HANDICAPPED AND THE HANDICAPPED PARKING IS IGNORED BY OTHER TENNANTS AND NOT ENFORCED BY THE MANAGEMENT.THE APTS HAVE LITTLE OR NONE INSULATION,EVERYTHING YOUR UPPER NEIGHBOR DOES IS CLEARLY HEARD BY THE LOWER TENNANT.MANAGERS DO NOT WALK THE GROUNDS TO SEE WHAT IS GOING ON THERE,AND IT IS A LOUSY COMPLEX THEY ARE RUN BY MOUNTAIN CREST PROPERTIES,AND YOU CAN GET THE NUMBER FROM INFORMATION,THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE, WHEN YOU LIE IN BED AT NIGHT AND CAN HEAR YOUR NEIGHBORS PASS GAS THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG !!!!YOU CAN HEAR EVERY WORD THAT IS SPOKEN ALSO,THERE IS NO INSULATION THERE,THE SUMMER IS TERRIBLY HOT INSIDE THE UNIT !!!AND THE NOISE IS TERRIBLE
