My husband and I only lived in the apartments for a year but it was, by far, the worst experience I've ever had. The management is horrible, always rude and never helps. Very, very unsafe. Our vehical was broken into twice and our taillights (bulb and all) were also taken. Parking is mad. They seem to enjoy renting only apartments in one area. You have to literally hick to your apartment. The place is very underlit and the illusive security guards show up maybe twice a month. The management doesn't even bother to do checks on the people that move in, most are in and out of jail 4-5 times a month. The policy limiting each households vehical parking is limited to 2, but I'm sure they only tell us decent folk that so we don't take up space for all the junkers. They enjoy handing out parking tickets for anyreason. We were threatened to recieve one after they complained I parked crooked in my spot (I was between the lines and in no ones way). The place is very underinsulated and you can hear the people upstairs do ANYTHING. There is no privacy either (especially if you live on the bottom floor), all of the windows face the sidewalk leading up to the doors. People frequently look in (very creepy). A friend of mine (in the complex), had her apartment broken into and they stole her underpants. The management (and parents) in the complex let the kids run wild, even letting them climb on other peoples vehicals. The neighborhood is even worse. Right across the street is the most dangerous nightclub in the city, "La Jazz Affair". Fights, drugdeals, and muggings are common in this area and many homeless people sleep and the 7/11 next to them. All in all, a very scary place to live. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
