We were new to colorado springs so we did apartment finder and the lady told us that "this is a great area and alot of people just say its wonderful" come to find out the first night there was a club on the corner, we also had a problem with the people on the second floor always loud,throwing parties, another problem was vandalism my car had the window broken in broad daylight, we had somebody try to break in several times while we were home with the light on so that tells you they dont care if your home or not. If you are thinking about moving here please please rethink especially if you have a family.
