the apartments were okay and it was probably the safest neighborhood I have ever lived in. Barely any shootings and the few dealers don't mess with anyone. The staff are terrible though. They are rude, like most people in the state, and almost never around. Not to mention they tried to charge me for several months after I moved out, saying we had a month to month verbal agreement. yeah right. They are crooks, don't live there.
