I am currently about to break my lease to move out. The new management is rude, the maintanence guys come through your home to be noisy and so does the management. Be careful of what apt you actually get because the one I was shown was not the one that I got. It was entirely too small. I couldn't even put a full bedroom set in the bedroom. funny! That did not happen to me. I have had good experiences with management. And your apartment was the same size previous poster. You were not mentally realistic when imagining your own furniture in the apt. Don't blame them for your ignorance, and way to go breaking a lease when your the idiot who made the mistake.ha! My apt is huge and has vaulted ceilings and a fireplace, WD! we love it herE AT western terrace! kEEP YOUR HEADS UP . dON'T LISTEN TO THIS MADNESS...

I WILL HAVE TO AGREE W/ HAPPY!! WE ALL CREATE OUR OWN DESTINY!! MY HUSBAND MARC AND OUR 5YR OLD DAUGHTER TRACY FEEL VERY WELL PROTECTED IN OUR COMMUNITY! THE MANAGEMENT IS GREAT, AND THEY TAKE CARE OF ISSUES HERE!!! THANK YOU TO HEARING ME OUT---PEACE OUT!!!

Thank you Kelly. Your right. We need more tenants like yourself. If you let management know of your problems they fix them in the order they receive them, just to throw THAT out there! I am living here and have not had any issues. Please do not listen to people who don't pay rent and are getting evicted like this prior tenant posting at the top. They are obviously disgruntled and thats too bad. I do not know who these rude people are typing LIES, but do not get the wrong ideas from this poster.
