We have lived in western terrace for about 3 years now, it had the most square footage that we can afford, phase 2 I recomend for anyone to stay in.. phase 1 is not the greatest, they need to remodel that side, it looks much older and does not have vaulted ceilings which is very nice.. If you want a nice place to stay, I recommend here.

phase one has vaulted ceilings on the third floor, plus the one bedrooms have a washer and dryer hook up on phase one!
