My husband, daughter and myself moved into these apartments in Nov 07. We were impressed by the grounds, apartments, rent and location. Our heater went out a couple times, but maintenance came out immediately to repair it then eventually replaced it completely. We left the apartments (moved on to Ft Carson) just after the security gates went in. That was a great addition! There are two great swimming pools and a fitness center that is in great condition. The staff are always helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend this apartment complex!
