Western Terrace was the first place me and my husband got together. As far as the apartment itself, it was nearly perfect. There was an issue with ants, but I've seen worse. Managment was very nice and helpful (especially nikki!) and maitnence was too. My only issue was the surrouding area and other tenants. After the cops shut down all entrances and exits to catch some guy that stabbed someone else, things went a little bit downhill. One day our whole building decided to have a bbq, and either our building or the building next to us got shot at. There was a couple other instances after that which led to our breaking of the lease along with financial issues. After breaking lease, I spent three days cleaning and making sure everything was in perfect condiditon. I still got charged and extra $200 for "not cleaning". So I didn't have the best experience, but it's a lot better than where I am now or where I've been.
