There have been many new managements since 04,we now have>> I feel the best,as they are doing a lot of cleaning,matainance,repairs etc.
still problem with trash overflowing at times, and just too far for me, way way down yonder!! (spine disability)
No garbage pails around complex, BECAUSE tenants insist on putting their home trash in them, AGAIN Tenants make or break West Meadow Peak,us tenants must do our part.then management can do theirs.
we will see how winter goes...no control over picking up poop,very unhealthy bacteria (humans do/can/have got SICK) and i realize it takes certain steps to get things done, and yes i do see a GOOD difference w/ new management,I do find them pleasant and really trying, this all very easy for us to say.some people do not realize the work and pressure to run a huge complex and dealings of it.
i do have faith in our new help and office personal.The apts are ok just wish I had a 2 bdrm (finances.)

Last But not least..some tenants have no consideration no less respect of other tenants with needless noise and noise out of spite!
walls paper thin..ceiling/floors worse! but things must be done by the law, unfortunatly .. I am not the Law.( be thankful for that!)
