We lived here a year, but only after 2 months we had to move into a different apartment in the compex because our original had flloded while we were gone on a weekend trip. There is absolutely no insulation in the entire buliding which caused our water in the kitchen to freeze up numerous times and many leaks to occur. Our large livingroom window leaked several times during rain and there was a huge draft on the floor coming from each door. Overall. this place was bulit terribly and cheaply. Overall, we were not satisifed with our renting experience at this apartment complex.

my boyfriend tried to plow the ice there because my sister has a tiny car that bottoms out and we got in trouble for trying to help out. Maintinence is lazy and management is nothing but white trash.
