Overall the apartments are beautiful. And I loved it. There is only one place to put trash in the entire complex which makes it hard to get to if you live on the end of the complex. This trash rarely gets picked up and therefore is always overflowing. The head maintanace guy is very friendly and helpful. The walls are thin and noise tends to be a problem so... Live on the top floor thats the best advice for most apartments as noise upstairs is usually a problem. Ice on the roads during the winter(especially this last winter) was a big problem as they dont shovel often enough. The office staff are usually nice but are mostly bound to higher restrictions. They are quick to serve you with an eviction notice if you are late with rent. Parking is not a problem at anytime of the day, you can always find a place to park. They where quick to allow me to move in to a bigger apartment with no penalties but when I wanted to move back down they wanted to charge me which in turn forced me to break my lease because I could not afford the 850 for a 3 bedroom.
