This is the worst apartment complex in the state. Maintenance is aweful. The staff doesnt know anything, the hot tub is green and slimey most of the time, cars get broken into, the walls are as thin as curtains, and when you try to inform that manager with the ----- hair (i think her name is ------), she doesn't wanna hear about it! people stay away! Oh and don't even think about finding parking.

Yep you said it all... I have the same problems, managment is so rude and terrible this is not a good place t live. The staff will play nice until you sign a lease, then the claws come out. There is never a parking, and this place as so many rules, it's ridiculous. They will find ways to fine the residents for silly litle things.

well ive lived here since march and i love it, maintenance is great, i have never had a problem with repairs not being taken care of. management is friendly. the hot tub is never nasty and i always find parking spaces. i dont understand the negative ratings here because this place is great. mayber youre a pissed off non paying tenant or a fired employee
