Decent, Spacious, Overpriced

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2001
We found this apartment over the internet and moved into it from cross-country. Our main objective was to find a place that would take two cats, which is just about impossible.
The apartment is extremely poorly laid out - there isn't nearly enough storage space, and it's just about impossible to decorate. There are washer & dryer hookups, but you'll find yourself using the space for storage. No place to conveniently put towels, linens, etc.
Despite the ad we saw and the assurances of the staff, these apartments do NOT have cable modem. According to the cable company, they were supposed to be cable modem-ready in June, 2001. Still waiting...
The neighbors tend toward the unfriendly side. My wife was also attacked by a strange man while taking a walk in the area.
Even though the apartment isn't bad at all, it's not nearly good enough to justify the expense. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
