Dont say I did not warn you when you come live in this horrible excuse for an apartment complex.

1.) Loud Neighbors

2.) Rude Neighbors

3.) Incompetant Office Staff

4.) Noise Patrol, What a joke, supposedly available from 6-6, he has a job until 9PM and is on the complete opposite side of town

5.) Landscaping - horrible

6.) Dog Poop all over the place

7.) Solicitors - at least 3 times a month- regardless of no soliciting sign, but solicitors say office staff said they could be there.

8.) Unregistered cars all over the place.

9.) Bad drainage in bathrooms- every month you need to call the office staff to pour more drano down the pipes, they would rather waste time and money doing this than solving the actual problem.

Save Your Time don't even bother to come here, I just moved in based on other peoples good reviews, they must either know the staff or they are the staff. If my problems do not stop, I will be contacting the housing authority and get out of my lease. If you move here I suggest getting a membership at Sam's Club, you will need the discount on Excederin, since you will need plenty of it.

First let me say I don't personally know the staff and I have never worked for them, so don't assume people who like living at this complex are one or the other. That is ashame you had problems here but don't go aroud exaggerating!

This complex is really not that bad. I've been here for 6 months and haven't really had any problems except for neighbors (like you im sure ) who gotta be in everyones business
