Overpriced, old, smells

Compared to other complexes in the Northwest area this place is overpriced and a dump.
Only reason i can see for living here is if you have a large pet (the allow any size pets). This is also a major reason for not living there, the place smells like a kennel and since most apartments at one time or another have housed pets, they have a faint pet excreation odor. Also and older place and it shows badly. Upkeep is average, landscaping is horrible. Overall there are much better options in the area for the same or only slightly more. Believe me it is worth it to go somewhere newer.
Again, if you have a large pet it may be worth considering, otherwise avoid at all costs.
