EXTREMELY thin walls/floors...you can hear everything that your upstairs neighbors do and is very, very annoying & frustrating.
Crappy floor plan that is hard to fit your furniture into.
Lots of doggie do do in the grassy areas.
Not freshly painted when I moved in.
New girl they hired for the office doesn't know how to do anything.
Friendly people and staff though.
Go check out Eagle Ridge just down the street. More for your money.
