going downhill

Lived there 2 different times in 3 different buildings. The last time was the worst! Had the master and first bedroom take on water from a downspout, and had to vacate both bedrooms for the carpet company, it took them four(4) days to get the carpting dry enough to move back in. NO compensation for the inconvience. Water damage in the interior hall from the upstairs water heater(never fixed). Unit had a serious mouse (12 )problem, average utility bill ran $90-95 a month beacuse of the lack of weatherstripping on outside, mid-entry and interior doors Toilets in both bathrooms CONSTANTLY backed up. Parking was a joke(spaces too small) They had to have the landscaping reinforced on the downhill berms because the entire area was starting to slide downhill. Luxury' forget it Rude neighbors' Plenty of them, especially the pet owners. The management was pretty decent when I first moved there, totally sucked by the time I moved out. Won't reccommend it or the sister property on the south end of town (Falcon Pointe.
