I am very impressed with this place. The rent is reasonable for this side of town, but best of all is the friendly staff. It is nice to be known by your first name when you go into the office. You aren't just a rent check here, you're a person. The maintenance guys are so friendly and willing to help out with things in your apartment that aren't even their responsibility. Neighbors are nice, and I love the hiking trails right behind the property.
